Jennifer Miller, PhD
Jennifer has a PhD in Psychological Science and a MS in Applied Statistics from Indiana University. She has expertise in several qualitative and quantitative data analytic methods. She has 15 years of experience conducting psychological research with an emphasis in learning and communication. Her work has been published in numerous educational and child development journals including First Language, Infancy, Journal of Child Language, and Journal of Children and Media. In addition to her research, Jennifer has more than 7 years of experience in the design, implementation and assessment of programs.
Ron Landis, PhD
Ron has a PhD in Psychology from Michigan State University. He has nearly 30 years of experience in conducting research in the areas of quantitative methodology and measurement development. He has published more than 70 journal articles, book chapters, and works in edited volumes and much of his work has appeared in leading journals including Organizational Research Methods, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Applied Psychology. He has designed and evaluated tests and measures in a variety of educational and organizational contexts and has provided consulting to public and private organizations to help them identify and solve problems associated with selection, training, performance management, and organizational change. For the last 10 years, Ron has delivered statistical workshops and short courses at universities around the world.
